Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 13:00 hours, orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day. Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
If an item is out of stock for longer than this, we will notify you.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order quickly, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Refund/Returns Policy

All complaints must be notified in writing within 2 working days of receipt, email is acceptable with proof that you are the person who placed the original order, such as the last 4 digits of the card used for purchase.
Food and health related products may not be returned if the product packing has been opened.
You will be liable for the cost of return postage as long as your statutory rights have not been violated and or The goods are being returned because they are faulty.
All returns must be agreed beforehand and the returns form must be completed. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you may be liable for a 10% handling fee, special or custom orders may not be cancelled.
Returns due to non delivery and cases where the address was incorrect will automatically returned to sender by Royal Mail and will be charged at £5.50.
In the event of a non fault return the cost of return postage will be borne by the purchaser, and will be deducted before any refund.
If return postage was arranged by the purchaser there will be a restocking fee of £1.50 educated before any refund.
Requests for refunds and cancellations must be made and agreed by in advance.
Refunds are processed up to 7 days after your order has been placed or within 2 days after the order has been returned to us (whichever is longest).

Delivery and Packaging Policy

Where possible our packaging materials use reusable plastic bags and recyclable materials.
Ordering multiple products significantly reduces shipping costs.
We try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum and they do include postage, packing materials and VAT. Postage is not subsidised by increased product prices.
Liquids are packaged in BPA free PET bottles. PET is indefinitely recyclable.
We ship your products in unbleached recyclable boxes We use recyclable and biodegradable materials inside our boxes such as cornstarch protective chips or shredded paper wherever possible.
We will continue to look for recyclable and or compostable packaging alternatives.
We may also reuse protective packaging and boxes that we are recycling from our suppliers (which may contain plastic bubblewrap or polystyrene chips we consider re using these better than trashing them). Please do your bit and recycle all packaging once you have received your goods.

UK Deliveries

The Royal Mail 1st and second class postal services are not guaranteed timed services so please opt for the Next Working Day Delivery by 1:00pm service if your order must be received within a specific and urgent timeframe.
Please ensure that you are available to take delivery of your items as we require a signature on receipt of goods for ALL deliveries sent by tracked services unless you have specified a safe place. Our couriers are happy to leave your parcel in a safe place. If this is not possible, why not have it delivered to your work address or to your neighbour?
We do not accept responsibility for late delivery if your parcel cannot be delivered due to nobody being available to sign for it. Couriers will leave a card if they have been unable to leave the parcel in a safe place and you will need to rearrange delivery direct with the courier company.
We are unable to accept liability for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or heavy traffic congestion.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Order processing

Orders received before 12 midday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12 midday will be processed the next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
For orders up to 2Kg we use Royal Mail for orders over 2Kg we use Parcel-force or another private courier service depending on destination. If you are not available at your selected address you may be an attempted delivery notice, please follow the instructions for redelivery.
The Royal Mail delivery service we use are of a high standard but Pure Colloids cannot accept responsibility for non delivery or other issues relating to goods shipped by unsigned services.
You may be expected to collect your order from your local postal sorting office or a designated handling centre.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

  1. Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or.
  2. Change these Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
  3. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.
